The Dieffenbachia has been one of the best-selling pot plants for a long time and is available in many varieties. Their original habitats are in Central and North America. A tropical plant, that will thrive in living rooms and is quite strong. Did you know that with the right care, the Dieffenbachia will even produce flowers? Although this is difficult to achieve in living rooms, it is of little consequence since the flowers are not that ornamental anyway. The plant gets is name from a Mr Dieffenbach, a gardener in Vienna in the nineteenth century. |
