Looking Back on 2024

As the year comes to a close, we take a moment to reflect and express our heartfelt gratitude to all our employees for their incredible dedication! 🙏

Together, we tackled major orders, worked tirelessly to deliver beautiful plants and Hydroponic concepts for our customers every day, and continuously strived for excellence.

From participating in trade fairs and expanding our webshop to establishing an employee council, organizing tours, handling countless maintenance projects, and supporting initiatives like the Ronald Moering Foundation and local football in Woubrugge—we’ve achieved so much as a team.

This year, we also celebrated milestones: anniversaries, colleagues turning 50, a nomination for the Tuinbouw Ondernemersprijs, and other awards. We faced challenges head-on, from developing peat-free solutions and improving energy management to advancing biological pest control. And let’s not forget the countless meters of cables we installed for our new LED lighting!

Beyond work, we’ve shared great moments—fun outings, engaging activities, and our bi-monthly team cooking sessions, where colleagues cooked for each other, embracing the diverse cultures within our company. We also said farewell to valued colleagues who retired, marking the end of an era but celebrating their contributions.
